Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic & Worldwide Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout! We guarantee the cheapest, and fastest available shipping rates.

Local Pick-up 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Mississauga. 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Processing and Completion Time of Your Order 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will first receive an order confirmation email directly after purchase. You will then receive another email once your order has shipped, this email will also contain your provided tracking number. If you have placed an order for pick-up, you will instead receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked-up. This email will contain pick-up address and times. 

Order Cancellation

Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please double check the accuracy of your order before completing checkout.

Damaged Product(s)

All products are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. However if in any case your product(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us with photo proof within 48 hours after delivery. 

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to make a return please email us at info@urbanburn.ca, within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will contact you back within 48 hours to approve your return and refund. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label to attach to the outside of the packaged item(s). Package the item(s) securely, attach the shipping label, and drop off the package to the appropriate shipping courier. Once we have received your returned item(s), your refund will be issued.

Customers who wish to make a return will be refunded for the total of the product(s) being returned, minus original shipping fees.

Returns will only be approved if the item is in its original state. Used, or burned candles will not be approved for return.

We do not accept exchanges.
