Pretty but doesn't burn properly

I thought reading the reviews it would be amazing, but the wick doesn't burn properly and keeps going out. For the wick to stay lit up I can't put the top of the lamp.. which is what makes it cute :/
In love with the lamp, but the candle doesn't "illuminate my space just as much as my ordinary lamp" nor have the "calming sound of there eco-friendly crackling wood wick" that I was looking for.

*I already wrote to them, didn't get a return. Would not buy again. Smells good tho.

It's so pretty!

I was nervous the glass would break in the mail, but it came looking shiny and perfectly in tact. It also works really well and adds such nice vibes to my space.
